Terms of Service

Swiss & Motorsport is a pre-owned luxury watch and performance vehicle dealer based in San Diego, operating two divisions: authenticated watch sales, sourcing, and trade-ins, and vehicle acquisition services ranging from a single strategy session to full signature acquisition.

Every watch listed on this site is physically in our possession, inspected, and authenticated before listing — nothing is brokered sight-unseen. Vehicle services are advisory and concierge in nature and are described in detail on the relevant service page.

Listed watches are priced upon inquiry and subject to prior sale — availability is not guaranteed until a purchase is confirmed in writing. We make reasonable efforts to keep condition notes, photography, and pricing accurate and will correct any error promptly if one is found.

An offer or valuation issued through the sell/trade form is an estimate based on the information and photos you provide. It becomes final only after we physically inspect the watch and confirm it matches your description. If there is a material discrepancy, we will contact you with an explanation, an adjusted offer, or the option to have the item returned at our expense before any payment is finalized.

Trade-in value is applied at the same rate as an outright purchase offer — there is no separate, lower "trade" pricing.

Vehicle services (strategy session, smart-buy inspection, deal concierge, and signature acquisition) are advisory and facilitation services. Scope, fees, and deliverables for each tier are described on its service page and confirmed with you directly before work begins. We do not guarantee the outcome of a negotiation, but we do guarantee the diligence and transparency of our process.

Watches shipped to or from Swiss & Motorsport are sent using a prepaid, fully insured method covering the full value of the item, with tracking provided to both parties. Risk of loss during transit to us remains with the carrier's insurance, not with you, once the item is handed to the carrier with our provided label.

Every watch we sell is backed by a written authenticity guarantee and a mechanical warranty, with terms disclosed at the time of sale. If a piece we sold does not match its description or fails the stated warranty terms, contact us and we will make it right.

Return terms for a specific purchase are stated in writing at the time of sale and begin on the date of delivery, not the date of payment. Items must be returned in the condition delivered, with all original packaging and documentation.

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, attempt to defraud us or another user, scrape or copy site content for commercial use without permission, or interfere with the normal operation of the site.

Swiss & Motorsport is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control (such as carrier delays). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
